Danzas (UK) Limited - Perfleet

As a result of the Davis Turner project to the south of the QEII bridge, Danzas (UK) Ltd appointed CRCL to procure a larger version of the property and to incorporate a head office facility to the north of the River Thames. This project was undertaken on land acquired from a Danish bank following receivership of their developer customer. The site is in an elevated position overlooking the M25 motorway and is within a few yards of the A13/M25 junction. Being an elevated site the planning situation was sensitive and the client required the most cost effective development.

The client's Dutch and Spanish operations were closely reviewed to ensure that the new development was in accordance with the client's corporate philosophy. The result was very successful where the property is considered to be the best in the European portfolio of the client company. CRCL's policy of using well tried and tested design detailing and procurement of construction contracts through competitive tender again brought about extremely competitive build costs.
