Cow and Gate Worcester

This 9,300 sqm (100,000 sq. ft) distribution centre at Worcester provides the client with a pragmatic, low cost property on an important estate close to a motorway junction. Not shown in the picture is an extensive circulation yard providing tail board loading and an individual vehicle maintenance building with inspection pits and other vehicle maintenance facilities. The land was acquired from a development partnership. The project was the first on a large estate enabling us to negotiate favourable terms on land acquisition
